We hold self-evident truths: that all Living Sentient Beings are equal in certain unalienable Rights, that among these are the right to Wellness, Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness. That among the Living Sentient Beings include not only humans but all mammals, and all animals over a certain level of complexity. That the rights and duties of Living Sentient Beings that follow from these principles are given in terms of capacity and the need of each. That to secure these rights must establish those political and economic mechanisms that offer the best chance of achieving the welfare state for all Living Sentient Beings. Prudence dictates that not be changed for light and transient political and economic systems long established, but when a long series of injustices and abuses suffered by a party for human beings, whether based on race, sex, religion, culture, economic status, knowledge, etc, and other injustices and abuses suffered by primates, mammals and animals in general, which have been not only manipulated at will by the human beings in their sole benefit, but making this many times without taking into account the subjective experience that it is also, it is our right, and it is our duty, is the right and duty of all Living Sentient Beings, to overthrow the unjust economic and political system and provide new systems of coexistence. That is why we publish and declare that the colonies of the satellite Europa are, and of Right ought to be, free and independent states, absolved from all Allegiance to the political and economic systems of planet Earth, and that as Free and Independent States, have full power to levy war, conclude peace, contract alliances, establish commerce and do all other acts which Independent States may of right do, and that would be done, always with the objective of maximizing the welfare of Living Sentient Beings to inhabit the Multiverse.
